Selling Your Oregon Home On Your Own - We can help and will

ID-100240731- Photo courtesy of www.freedigitalphotos.netSelling Your Oregon Home On Your Own - We can help and will. Congratulations on joining the world of Real Estate by selling your own home. I hope you enjoy it and get everything you want out of the process. By the title and hopefully by the content of this article you will come to understand that we can work together and should!

I know that you are probably going to get lots of calls in the next couple weeks for agents wanting to list your home. I promise if you call me or when I call you, I’m not calling to get you to list with me. (Though I promise if you are looking for an agent to do that, I will gladly help you)

Right now though, you want to sell your home on your own and we are fine with that. Right now, I’m not calling about that, I am calling to see if one of my buyers can have a match in your home. There are lots of homes on the MLS and those aren’t always a match for my buyers. My job at this time is to find the perfect home for my buyer and your home may just be it.

With hundreds of buyers signing up on our site a month, there isn’t always a home for everyone right away. So, I will go to anyone who has their home for sell. A lot of agents consider you the enemy, I don’t and will never make you feel that way.

If you have a home for sale, I would love to share that with my buyers and hopefully help you sell your home and even save you some commission.
