It was 6am, I had put the signs out that said “Open House – Black Friday One Day Sales Price” just to see what would happen and to my surprise, I had a lot of people stop off and I got a lot of names of potential buyers out there looking for a deal!

The black Friday open house ended at 12pm and by 3pm today I had eleven prequalified buyers! Yes, I had a mortgage broker on speed dial that helped my come up with the idea. I think I’m going to have a new traditional ever Friday following thanksgiving.

Seems people are always looking for a deal even if not in a mall! My seller was even game and offered $10,000 off for this one day only. Hopefully we will get that property sold also, but the leads today were wonderful!
