Sales have been off since last year with the pending sales in Beaverton, Oregon were down 25.4% from 2008 for the month of February when the last stats came out. The good news is that the average sales price was down only 5.2% from the same time last year, but this was a 1% drop since January. This was much better than expected as many with a lot of foreclosures and short sales hitting the market the last couple months of 2008 it would be a lot worse.
