The good news is that the average sales price was down only 6.6% from the same time last year, but this was a 1% drop since March We are starting to see a few more foreclosures hit the market, but things still seem to be picking up just a little.

Oops, Todd ---- what happened? I kept thinking that I was doing something wrong.
We have seen our market starting to see the bottom .I hope your market rebounds soon.

Terry - I'm not sure we are at the bottom yet, but I think we are certainly seeing a slowdown in price drops.
