That is one big bunny. Do they take him down in high winds, or does it simply whistle through his ears?
Harvey is actually a 40-50 foot rabbit and he is dressed in a marine outfit as he works at a boat marina. He has his hand out like that because he holds things during the holidays. Heart during valentines, tree during Christmas and other things through out the year.
Sharon, this has nothing to do with the other Harvey, but go rent the movie Harvey will Jimmy Stewart, it is a great movie!
