It was 106 degrees out today and I really didn't feel like leaving the creek after spending an hour and a half in an enclosed hot space teaching a class. This is Silver Creek in Silverton Oregon behind the Museum and Library.

You stumbled on one of the rocks and broke your ankle....No?....You laid down in the middle of the stream. :)
Looks very peaceful there. A great place to relax I would guess.
Chanda panda
I'm betting some clothing was shed.
I really hope you waded out in the water and bathed in its coolness. Maybe, how Malita said above, sans clothing. :)
You drank a beer! And then laid down in the water, or both at the same time? I didn't think it got that hot in Beaverton, Oregon. But, at least you have a lot of shady spots.
Several choices come to mind. Move to Michigan because we haven't seen 85 yet this year, Stripped down and sat in the middle of the creek, or Jogged home to get a good sweat going.
I think you went swimming! I love river rocks.
Did you grab your fishing pole and throw it in?!
ah Todd, go jump in the creek! Did I win? It was so nice to finally meet you today. I am sure I will be calling you to set up my outside blog if I run into any trouble, you guru you... must me nice to be wanted by so many people!
Todd, I am sorry I didn't hear the splash. I hope it was refreshing!
OK, everyone, I have to admit I did wade in, just too cool off before I got back in that really hot car for that one hour drive home. Leslie, it really was nice to finally meet you also. I was amazed at how many people contacted me after the event, but you were a nice testimonial to me giving out referrals.

Todd: Nice creek for sure... Thanks for hanging out with me all day, it was a blast. And, what a nice lunch with Rosi Green at the Creekside Restaurant in Silverton, Oregon. As always, I learn a lot when you're around.
