Cooper Mountain looks like a very beautiful neighborhood in Beaverton. I like the two parks as well. Have a Happy Labor Day weekend.
It really is a great neighborhood and we are starting to see increase activity. I'm worried though that it is just because of the $8,000 tax credit.
