I don't feel like typing Saturdays: Fall on the Clackamas

Fall on the Clackams River

The Clackamas River is one of the most beautiful stops in Oregon in the fall as it has so much wildlife as well as trees that change color during the fall. Barton park is only a few miles from her and great for pictures if you are planning a day trip.

Todd: I think that the last time I commented on one of your posts you were also taking Saturday "off". That is a gorgeous photo!

Todd, indeed a beautiful shot of the river. Reminds me of the Greenbrier River here.

Something about the colors and water that make it more dramatic. Nice fall photo.

Melissa - I do enjoy my weekends. (LOL)

Ryan - I am hoping in the next couple weeks to get that shot, but there are a lot of evergreens down there.

Dan - One of the best fishing spots on the river is on my parents property, it is where Deep Creek and the Clackamas river come together.

Shirley - One of the reasons I really love the Pacific Northwest.

Fred - You have? Rafting?

Bill - Texas is just to brown and hot for me, I know I would miss anyplace immediately.

Debi - It is even better when you are on it!

Zane - There are days I don't and those are the days I take my camera out and have some fun.

Rebecca - Never heard of it, but if it looks anything like this it is beautiful.

Lynn - There is a reason so many people are moving here!

Terry - Thank you

Kathy - I enjoy laying in the hammock with my laptop or the camera and just waiting. I soon hope to get one of those perfect shots of the eagles that are always flying over.

Todd - one of my most favorite places in the world to sit (next to sitting on the beach with the tide swirling the sand around my feet) and read is in the hammock in the back yard with the rush of the water over the dam beside my head as a pleasant white noise.
