been off since last year with the pending sales in Beaverton, Oregon
were down 7% from 2008 for the month of August when the last stats came
out.
The good
news is that the average sales price was down only 8.6% from the same
time last
year, but this was a 1% drop since July We are starting to see a
few more foreclosures hit the market, but things still seem to be
picking up just a little.

Hi Todd...Great Market Report, lots of information. Buyers should jump while they still have some choices and record low mortgage interest rates.
The market is far from perfect here, but the good news is that we do have hope on the horizon and hopefully by 2011 we should be on an up swing again. But, if you have to sell, we have buyers and if you are a buyer, there may not be a better time to buy than right now, because prices are lower than they have been in years.
