news is that the average sales price was down only 8.6% from the same

year, but this was a 1% drop since July We are starting to see a
few more foreclosures hit the market, but things still seem to be
picking up just a little.

Did you find out about the lighting on the temple in your area? I knew there was a Portland Temple...is there one closer to you than that?

Teri, haven't had a chance to check it out yet, but I can tell you the Portland Temple isn't actually in Portland. It is in Lake Oswego and from where I presently am living only about 5 minutes away by freeway.
