Wow, we've waited long....and now it's finally here.....Thursday....market stats day in Beaverton, OR.
;-))
Merry Christmas, my friend.
Todd,
I admire the discipline to put out your weekly report, but today's the day for family and friends!

Great market report, and also wishing you a Merry Christmas.
Looks like you still have some inventory to work with.
Merry Christmas to you and your Family - As wonderful a year as 2009 has been, we can all look forward to a brighter 2010.
Merry Christmas,
John
Day for family and friends perhaps but we still have to plan for next year. Todd I am sure you didn't blog to long today. Merry Christmas.
Hi Todd,
I just stopped by to wish you a merry Christmas. I hope Santa was very good to you.
I just received a GoogleAlert that this comment that I made to this blog post and reblogged to this site was picked up and indexed by Google - go figure...
Happy New Year to You and yours.
I promise I was being good and not really working on Christmas. I was doing all this why Mrs. Claus wrapped gifts and as the gifts got finished my job was to put them under the tree for Santa. As soon as Mrs. Claus was done, so was I, never came back to the computer until the 26th.
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas yourselves.
We had a wonderful Christmas, Todd, adn we hope that you had a great one, too.
I was looking at this and it inspired me to modify and tweak some of my market reports. Since I have this week off, I'll polish them up for the upcoming year.
A question, though, Todd..do you find that doing weekly reports is helpful businesswise (i.e. do they drive consumers to your blogs or website, to contact you, etc.)? Just curious, as I know that some people decry the proliferation of market reports on a blog as being an unproductive use of blogging space (not me, I have proof that market reports work).
