It would be interesting to see the statistsics on pricing of the homes that were on the market in excess of 180 days and then were left to expire. Were these overpriced listings? We are seeing well priced homes in good condition sell fairly quickly. We have a lot of overpriced and undesirable homes out there right now.
Beaverton looks to have a good median price an agent can make some good money on those types of homes.
