Todd, some of these numbers really surprise me.  I would have thought that Murray Hill would have had a much higher average price the Aloha.  Goes to show what I know.

Art what is driving that is the amount of split level and 1 level ranch homes that are selling in the Aloha area. (They are still very popular) and partially because of the homes that are in foreclosure in the Murrayhill area. Then last but not least, I think a l ot of people are tired of not having a yard! The homes in the Aloha area have 2 - 3 times the size yards as the homes in the Murrayhill area.
