On several of these neighborhoods is that a flattening and/or a hint of a rise at the very right hand side?Beaverton stats are very close now to whats going on in my neck of the woods south of Seattle... Renton, Kent, Auburn. Maple Valley... I love the formats for your reports, they're very easy to digest. Nice snapshots.
Very valuable information on activity and the seller's competition. Help's to price it right for the market.
I think we are seeing a slight leveling out, but we will find out the true numbers here in the next few months and see if the ended of the tax credits destroys or helps the market finally correct itself.
