Todd, at first I didn't get it..guess I needed more coffee, right?
Todd- if I search like my Realtor (your Realtor) I would be doing it 24/7. That gal (me) is working all the time. If I search like I am a Realtor (you're A Realtor) I may get over confident in my humble abilities. I have web-clients that look at hundreds of properties and think they know what the market is doing. In reality they see what properties are listed for, they don't get the details of sales data, DOM, Disclosures, etc....until they request it.
Our websites are a wonder tool to allow customers to browse but they still need us to get the big picture.
I like your drawings to get the property on the Internet. Edit in a link to the listing after it is posted. Looks like a nice place to sell. be good cw

Todd - These pictures are better than 80% of the pictures in the MLS. I love the bedrooms, they all appear to be a good size.
Todd you have any pictures of the trees? I have a client who might be interested.
What a nice light touch. Pictures of children aren't allowed in our MLS. Are those adults or little ones?

Don't worry Gabe, it was an attempt at humor, it actually worked, I did get a few calls on it where people had to see the home, rather than the drawings!
