Awesome new listing, Todd! I love the vFlyer presentation - this is a great price for all this home has to offer!
You see, I could use a home like this... I could talk to my peers and see if we could start up a branch in Beaverton. I could use the square footage. I'd probably convert a few bedrooms into a music room, a library, my office... Nice listing Todd... For what it is, where it is, and everything it has to offer, it should sell itself. Oh, by the way, I cracked up at the original post, nice drawings! ;0)
