The number of homes on the market have stayed pretty constant, but the actually price has still continued to fall over the past couple months. Hopefully that will change soon, but with the re-election of the governor who took us from 6% unemployment to over 9% being re-elected, I'm guessing our now 10.8% unemployment will be rising to around 13 or 14%.
