So they are still listing and selling in Beaverton. Good.
Todd...are your active numbers growing vs. sales? ours are & there is about a 2 year inventory in my town right now which is unheard of....i see no tsunami of sales coming at us but i'm plugging
Jim and Ginny, There certainly a number of growing listings, but like Ginny's market, sales haven't increased. Still about 1 years worth of inventory and I'm expecting that will only rise with time.
