A view by the bay

Siletz Bay in Lincoln City, Oregon (Photo by Todd Clark - Living Beaverton)

Sometimes you look and look and look for the perfect shot and then other times you just sit down on a bench and the shot presents itself. This was one of those shots! This was taken in Lincoln City right near Mo’s restaurant and to my friends that know me, know when I’m close to Mo’s, I don’t miss a great seafood dinner.

Todd, I agree. It is the perfect shot. Thank goodness a great blogger never leaves home without his camera! Else, I would never have enjoyed that scene.

When you live in a place where you can see the water it reduces stress.

Buy a home near the water!

Todd,  I love this picture!  I live near Denver and absolutely love the view of the moutains from my kitchen window, but I am from Wisconsin and I sure miss the view of water...

Vickie is right about never leaving home without your camera...mine is always at my side.

Good photo Todd!

Todd - What a great shot!  Isn't it nice to be able to stop and catch a shot like that once in a while?

Now that's a nice place to spend some time reflecting on life, the universe and everything.

Don't you just love it when those opportunities just present themselves.  It sounds like you got a good meal out of it as well.

A shimmering sea!  Each ripple forms a facet to endless multi faceted diamonds on the surface.  Simply beautiful!

With the weather being so great that day at the coast, I do have to say I don't think I would have left that bench if it hadn't been for Mo's calling me in to eat their wonderful claim chowder.

Beautiful shot Todd... I've been at that exact spot a couple of summers ago. And, I've eaten at Mo's. I love it when the perfect photo opp is sitting right in front of you. I've done that, look look look... then duh, it's right in front you.
