Todd - How many homes are in the Greenway Development? Looks like some nice market activity.

Marlene - Only about 1,000 homes, but probably about 500 condos. We are doing OK here.

Michael - Prices are still going up, but are over pricing still living in the dream world of the past couple of years. We are rising about .28 percent per month, the problem with this are is we have a couple condo projects that are over priced and have special assessments coming up. So we have a lot just sitting there and not selling when you can buy a condo across the street for the same price range, but the condo fees are half of the ones in that complex. (HOA Fees $355 in this area and across the street in a different neighborhood the HOA fees are only $162-$184 for the same thing)
