That seems like a lot of inventory Todd. How does that compare to this time last year? (Don't go look it up, just curious what your impression is about this).

Jennifer, There is a lot of inventory for this neighborhood, but it is about the same as last year. The difference is less sales. Last year for the same 30 day period we had 19 sales vs 9 this year. But, the prices still went up. Last yeat the average sales price for this neighborhood was $305,102 vs $316,148 this year. I'm not sure if that is weather related or what, hard to say.

Well, Forbes just named us 10th best market because we're still seeing increases in value, so that's something. If the public only knew...
