It has to happen eventually when prices drop yet no one is buying. We need some of that in Sacramento but i think it is a little further off.
Jonathan - It is getting to be even a better time to buy now even with rents dropping, because prices are dropping even faster!
Fran - Things certainly took a dive here, but I think those who are buying will be real happy in about 5 years.

Robert - Prices have dropped even further lately and many investors are picking up single family homes that are cash flow from day 1.
